Exercise
Stress is something we all have to deal with and is remarkably easy to take care of.
One of the easiest ways to relieve stress is to get some exercise or to just take a walk in the park.
Making a little bit of exercise a regular part of your day will help release endorphins into your bloodstream which is a chemical that makes you feel good, naturally relieving stress.
Breathing and Meditation
Every stress management expert will tell you that breathing is one of the most important methods for stress relief. Stress naturally causes your breathing to be shallow depriving your body or oxygen. Deep and slow breathing refreshes your oxygen supply and slows down your heart rate automatically decreasing any feelings of stress.
Breathing Technique: Simply breathe deep and slow – filling your lungs on the inhale and emptying them on the exhale – will reverse the stressful breathing pattern providing you with stress relief instantly.
You can become better at stress management in all aspects of your life by practicing meditation regularly.
Studies have shown that a regular meditation improves
memory, increases brain mass, improves concentration, improves you immune
system and makes it easier for you to deal with stress. In fact your meditation
technique can be as simple as being aware of your breathing for 10-15 minutes at
a time. Two times a day.
Sitting in a relaxed position, with your spine straight, and
focusing your attention on your breathing is a simple and very effective
meditation technique that anyone can practice everyday and get all the benefits
of meditation! The studies have shown that at least 20 minutes of practice a day is best
